Update!! Final results Worlds -UPDATE - NED 1364 Quatum racing World Champion
Yesterday the Henri Lloyd J22 Worlds The Hague came to an end. Only 1 missed race on the last day because of light winds on saturday morning. A beautiful series and a happy champion.

Der Tot, ohne die Gladiölen...
Vrijdag 2 juli begon voor de bemanning van de NED1514, Big Lift/TU Delft, Happy iets, met de terugkeer van Joost Aapkes; gister afgestudeerd, herboren als ambtenaar, functie objectbedienaar provincie zuidholland dienstbeheer infra structuur, had hij de zware taak de schoenen van z’n invaller, Rens Davies, jawel, de zoon van.... te vullen.

Race day 3 - Report
Een prachtige dag. Geen mist maar zon en een lekker lopend windje.
De wind is elke dag ongeveer gelijk. Start met iets meer wind waarna de tweede en derde wedstrijd de wind iets afneemt. 3 Mooie potjes gezeild zonder vertraging. Pech voor de Big Lift door een aanvaring met het startschip.

First race day Worlds
Een verrassend mooi begin van het WK. Een heerlijk windje, de banen lagen er mooi in en gewoon 3 races volgens schema. Kortom, een top begin! Eigenlijk het enige wat er te klagen viel was het grijze wolkendek en - nog erger - de regen die daaruit zo nu en dan naar beneden kwam.

Report Practice Race Worlds!
Pleased to meet you! We are the NED1360: an old boat with a big reputation, but with a new
name and a fresh team. Today we sailed the first practice race. In fact, for us
it was the first race ever on the sea! Most of the J22 sailors have had a
period of extensive preparation for the Worlds and look back to previous experiences
at large regattas. Many seem to be born in an optimist!

Official opening Worlds 2010 with Marcelien de Koning
Yesterday the official opening of the Henri Lloyd J22 Worlds 2010 The Hague took place in the Harbour of Scheveningen. In “at sea” president of the Dutch J22 Class Association Floris Toetenel talked about all the effort the big group of volunteers put in the organization of this event.
